Having reach the end of the Gospels and with Christmas fast approaching we have decided to take a break from doing Lunch. Do you see what I did there *smile*.
As we have discussed here, I have found Lunch really useful, and from the sounds of it, a number of you guys have too. So don’t worry, we are not going away for good. It has been decided that we will start afresh in the new year, but on what, we are not yet sure. So, what are your thoughts? What would you guys like to do?
A couple of ideas were are kicking around include; continuing to march through the New Testament, the Old Testament Prophets, or even a plan to read the entire Bible in a year.
We are quite excited about the this and the interest which Lunch has generated has shown that people are hungry. So thanks for sharing this with us.
Over to you, where would you like to go for Lunch?

Rob,
I’m slowly but steadily catching up (finishing Matthew today) after only joining in in week 7. Your comments in your introduction to week 9 about reading through the gospels in one go like this rings true with me also. Because of this, I’d like to keep going with the New Testament.
I think it would be insightful to read each of the different letters of the New Testament straight through - after all when the 1st letter to the Chorinthians was being read to them by their Chirch leaders, I doubt they read a ‘chapter’ and told the people to come back next week for more!
But whatever you do, know that this has been a real encouragement and motivator for me.
