We’ve had a brilliant plan!!!! Instead of giving you some background information on the books after you’ve read them we are going to start giving the information before you read them.

Yes we are a little slow and it takes a while for our simple minds to come up with such obvious plans. I think it struck us as we came to record this weeks exciting episode. We obviously do a little reading to find out some information about a book such as 2 Corinthians, but the whole point of the information is so that we understand what we are reading and can put it in the right context. It was then that we realised, “I’ve already read the bit I’ve just found out about” surely it would be more helpful to find out the information and then read it with that understanding already it our small heads. Any way you will have to bear with us over the next week or two as we try and get a head of game.
This weeks cast:
So we have a look at 2 Corinthians and find out why Paul was writing to them, again. There are of course the normal rambling of some of our thoughts and we take a sneek peak at Galatians in an attempt to get ahead of the game. There’s also some interesting banter around circumcision, very random.
This weeks reading:

Galatians 6; Ephesians 1-2 |

It can defiantly be hard to keep reading week on week, but just do what you can. As always feel free to throw some questions our way. Have good weeks.

The snow (all 2cms worth) that that ravaged everyday life in Britain this week was not enough to slow this Lunch-casting machine..

This week we take a look at 1 Corinthians and take encouragement from the fact that they were a cesspool of immorality and yet Paul never gave up on them. Rich seems genuinely interested in my little history lesson and he has a great suggestion of how we can continue to be inspired to produce this show. Fund raising to start soon.*smile*
Of course the usual banter is there as is Rich’s now legendary Joke Slot.

2 books down and we’re onto Corinthians. I don’t know about you but it is starting to get a little difficult to maintain my reading pattern, so it great to see some questions coming, encouraging me to push on.
